On January 25, 1951, representatives of the United States and Peru signed at Lima a Point IV General Agreement for Technical Cooperation, which entered into force on January 15, 1953. The agreement was transmitted to the Department of State under cover of despatch 773, from Lima, January 26, 1951, not printed (823.00–TA/1–2651).
