Editorial Note
On January 26, 1951, the United States and Honduras signed at Tegucigalpa a Point IV General Agreement for Technical Cooperation, which entered into force on the same date. The agreement was transmitted to the Department of State under cover of despatch 472, from Tegucigalpa, January 29, 1951, not printed (820.00–TA/1–2951). On January 30, 1951, the United States and Honduras signed at Tegucigalpa an agreement providing for a cooperative program in agriculture, which entered into force on the same date.
