By an exchange of notes dated May 2, 1951, at Port-au-Prince, the United States and Haiti concluded a Point IV General Agreement for Technical Cooperation, which entered into force on the same date. The notes were transmitted to the Department of State under cover of despatch 555, from Port-au-Prince, May 2, 1951, not printed (838.00–TA/5–251).
