Editorial Note
On March 14, 1951, the United States and Bolivia signed at La Paz a Point IV General Agreement for Technical Cooperation, which entered into force on the same date. A copy of the agreement was transmitted to the Department of State under cover of despatch 809, from La Paz, March 14 (824.00–TA/3–1451).
