We feel it important that it is made clear to Ibn Saud and to the Brit Legation that there is no connection whatsoever between proposal that an American company operate Dhahran airfield and negotiations now going on between SAG [Page 986] and TWA in regard to technical assistance and certain other aspects of air travel in Arabia.
