See my 150 of February 7.39 A Government communiqué published in this morning’s papers announces that after a session which lasted all night agreement was reached between the Government and EAM at 4:30 this morning. Messrs. Macmillan and Deeper were present. The members of the respective deputations and the Secretary of the Conference signed a protocol in which they “declare that they have reached complete agreement on all the matters discussed during the Conference, and that a detailed text of the agreement is to be signed today at 1400 hours”.40
