39. ReEmbs 30, January 17. Bayat has written Millspaugh sharp reply13 to his letter regarding Ebtehaj dispute. Prime Minister flatly rejects Millspaugh demand that Ebtehaj be removed or at least suspended and suggests that if Millspaugh still insists he should have matter referred to Majlis through Finance Minister.14

As yet Millspaugh who has been ill for several days has said nothing to me regarding his plans in light of this development.
