30. In a letter to Prime Minister dated January 13, 19457 Millspaugh has stated that unless Iranian Government acts on dismissal of Ebtehaj8 from Bank Melli on or before January 23, 1945 he, Millspaugh, will consider that his contract has been broken by the Government and that such breach of contract has terminated his employment in Iran.
