accompany the President to the Octagon conference:

- Lt-Comdr. George A. Fox, (HC), U.S.N.
- Captain Boyce P. Price, A.U.S.
- Lieutenant Ogden S. Collins, U.S.N.R.

- A Secret Service detail in addition to the above will be present but arrangements for their quarters will be made by the head of the detail.
