secret

7133. Some of the Allied nations may object to the wording of the third sentence in your announcement which begins “As Allied Commander In Chief etc.” as set forth in your Naf 360.1 For Eisenhower Freedom Algiers, Fan 219, from the Combined Chiefs of Staff.
