The time of this meeting and the list of participants are taken from the Log, ante, p. 845. No official record of the discussion has been found. Hull, p. 1241, indicates, however, that recognition of the French Committee of National Liberation was probably a major subject of discussion. The text of the Communiqué, post, p. 1157, was probably also discussed.
