Following for President from Prime Minister.

Naturally both the declaration and the Unity Plan, having to be referred to so many different parts will require final review by us on Thursday afternoon. Meanwhile as I am out of touch I hope you will discuss outstanding minor points on declaration with Halifax, and points raised by H. M. Government on Unity Plan with Pound after they have been considered by our (Mission?). In principle, everything seems settled, but I expect it will take till the end of week [Page 286] to get final fair copies. This will be a pretty considerable achievement.
