40. Before the Ways and Means Committee December 7 the Under Secretary of the Treasury submitted the proposed Austrian debt agreement.65 Committee will consider amended joint resolution authorizing the subordination of the lien in favor of the proposed investment loan and the conclusion of a debt agreement set forth in general terms in the resolution.
