Your cable number 1, January 7, 5 [8] p.m.89 Peruvian Government authorizes with great pleasure flight over Peruvian soil, free entry of planes, equipment and supplies, and will give full and complete friendly reception to the expedition, aiding in every way possible the success of the purposes which it has in view.
