Legation’s 129, March 25, 10 a.m. Monarchial restoration crisis has apparently passed its peak due to wide-spread publicity and adverse criticism as a result of which Chang Tso-lin has seemingly abandoned his intention of visiting Peking and forcing through his plans. He has issued public denial and Presidential mandate now issued derides possibility of restoration.
