The Chief of the Division of Mexican Affairs, Department of State, presents his compliments to the First Secretary of the Mexican Embassy, and has the honor to inform him that the Grand Jury sitting at San Antonio, Texas, has, upon the recommendation of the agents of the Department of Justice, voted conspiracy indictments against the following persons, namely, General Lucio Blanco, Bernardo Blanco, Marciano Gonzales, Leon Taurel, Francisco Vas-quez Gomez, Alejo Gonzales, Pedro Villaseñor, Pablo Villanueva, Pedro Guzman, Antonio Maldonado, and Fernando Cuen.
