Your February 26, 12 p.m. Your cable carefully noted. A more ample explanation by you of what is comprised in so-called tentative plan is desired. How would the position of Argentine be more clearly defined through “economic and commercial ties”? Make no comment to Naón unless instructed by Department. What are your views as to this situation?
