[Telegram]
The Foreign Office informs me that it has had occasion to protest to the Japanese Government against the fact that, in disregard of the zone delimited by agreement with China, Japanese forces have occupied Weihsien.
The Chinese Government now learns further that Japanese forces are proceeding westward from that point and have taken possession of several mines.
