Sir: The department is in receipt of your dispatch, No. 608 of May 23, 1910, inclosing copy of the supplementary law to the law on navigation in Siamese waters, which will become operative on August 1, 1910. You state that the legation has been requested to make the same binding on American citizens in Siam.
The department sees no objection to the compliance on the part of the legation with this request of the Siamese Government.
