Sir: Pursuant to the department’s telegraphic instruction of April 14,1 of the 14th instant, received to-day, I have the honor to report that I have requested the provisional arrest and detention of Jacinto Garcia and Heliodoro Garcia, charged with murder in California, who are supposed to be at Camargo, Chihuahua, and Jalostotitlan, Jalisco.
