Argentine minister for foreign affairs says Argentine President wishes to know whether the department has information indicating that the Governments of Peru and Ecuador would accept proposal contained in your December 19. He says that it is the desire of the new administration to follow in future, as the Argentine Government has done in the past, the lead of the Government of the United States in the tripartite mediation.
