(Mr. Eddy reports that 15 Jews were killed and 30 wounded at Rostoft, that about 11,000 were ruined financially, the loss to Jews there amounting to about 7,000,000 rubles. In the neighboring towns the losses of the Jews were severe, chiefly in Marinopol, Ghenitchesk, Lugansk, Bahmut, and Ekaterinoslay.)
