(Mr. Barrett reports that upon further investigation it is shown that the conspiracy aimed to assassinate the President of Colombia in his residence last night. Former minister for foreign affairs, Felipe Angulo, is the chief of the conspirators. Confidence in the government has been restored by the prompt action of the President in arresting the conspirators and providing a speedy trial for them, and complete calm prevails.)
