215. Editorial Note

The United States and the United Kingdom concluded an agreement on grain imports by an exchange of notes between Ambassador David K.E. Bruce and the Earl of Dundee, British Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, in London on April 15, 1964. The agreement entered into force on the same date. For text, see 15 UST 541; TIAS 5581.
