(714.5411/11–3060). On December 1, Muccio delivered it to Ydígoras who agreed to release, and it was issued the following day as a White House press release. The press release is printed in Public Papers of the Presidents of the United States: Dwight D. Eisenhower, 1960–61 (Washington, 1961), p. 871.
