75. Editorial Note
Following the meeting at 5 p.m. on the Austrian State Treaty (see Document 73), the Foreign Ministers of the United Kingdom, the Soviet Union, and France attended a dinner given by Secretary of State Dulles at Ambassador Thompson’s residence. In the course of their conversation during and after the dinner the Foreign Ministers discussed Formosa and a Four-Power Conference at some length and Indochina, disarmament, and the Berlin Autobahn tax briefly.
