Editorial Note
By an exchange of notes signed at Guatemala City, January 7 and 8, 1952, and entered into force on the latter date, Guatemala agreed to the application of sections 511 (b) and 515 of the Mutual Security Act of 1951 to the technical cooperation programs operated in Guatemala by the United States. The notes were transmitted to the Department of State under cover of despatch 820, dated February 13, 1952, not printed (814.00 TA/2–1352).
