At dels discretion and [Page 506] if it considers necessary to obtain approval GA, del is authorized add following para to res: “Authorizes the said comite as a provisional measure also to examine any reports or petitions which may be submitted before the Sixth Session of the GA in accordance with the procedure of the former Mandates System.”1
