8933. Reurtel 10185, Oct 1, 3 p.m. Please communicate the following message to the government to which you are accredited:

“The US Govt desires that the initial meeting of the Far Eastern Advisory Commission be held in Washington October 23d. It would be appreciated if the Government of Great Britain would designate its representative to participate in the work of the Commission. For your information, the US Govt has appointed General Frank E. McCoy, US Army, Retired, as its representative on the Commission.”
