2049. For Acting Secretary. My 2044, May 9.30 At this morning’s conference in SAC’s office to discuss General Morgan’s report, SAC was vehement in his determination not make any further concessions to Tito and at end of meeting he informed us that so far as he was concerned he had lost all patience with Yugoslav dictator and was ready drive him and his forces out of Venezia Giulia if he could get Washington and London to agree.
