[Received February 5—4 p.m.]
A–264. Reference Department’s confidential instruction no. 2709 of December 31, 1943. The Cuban Navy Department has given its permission for the installation of aids to navigation at Manzanillo as detailed in the Department’s instruction under reference and has [Page 893] likewise undertaken to make all the necessary arrangements for the occupation of land sites at the expense of the Cuban Government for the four shore lights.
