[By an exchange of notes, not printed, both Governments expressed their acceptance of a new contract between the Rubber Development Corporation and the Caja de Crédito Agrario Industrial y Minero, the object of which was to increase the production of rubber through an increase in the premium payment. Both Governments also expressed their understanding that certain obligations and commitments incurred by the Corporation were fully discharged.]
