739. PC³⁷ boat furnished Uruguay under lend-lease arrived Montevideo yesterday after uneventful trip. Naval Attaché states President going aboard this afternoon, Uruguayan authorities very pleased, and officers and crew of vessel delighted with training and treatment in United States.
