You are requested to discuss the subject matter of the Department’s preceding telegram7 with your military, naval and legal attachés, if available, and to request them very discreetly to note whether there is any movement of arms or forces which indicate any intention of interfering in any way in the Salvadoran revolutionary disturbance.
