A–153. In reply to statements on military supplies for Saudi Arabia, quoted in Department’s A–5 of January 1, Foreign Office has now answered as follows:
“Thank you for your letter of the 13th January about military supplies for Saudi Arabia.
“We are glad to note that agreement has been reached that such supplies are to be provided in substantially equal measure by the Government of the United States and by His Majesty’s Government.”
