737. Your 750, March 29, 4 p.m. You may inform the Egyptian Prime Minister that his message has been communicated to the President. You may wish to refer in your reply to the assurances and observations contained in the Department’s 657 and 69295 as well as other recent communications on the subject.

Repeat to Jidda, Baghdad, Jerusalem, Beirut and Damascus.
