From Achilles. Netherlands Series No. 8. Your 9, December 6, 8 p.m., and 10, December 13, 2 p.m.20 Memorandum dated 19th states, “The Netherlands Government after due consultation with the Governor General of the Netherlands Indies have the honor to inform the Government of the United States that they would prefer that a distribution of the coffee quota intended for non-American coffee producing territories should be dispensed with and that they are, therefore, in this case not availing themselves of their right under paragraph 7 of article VI of the Reciprocal Trade Agreement with the United States of America and the Netherlands to request that such an allotment should be made”.
