6. Your recent telegram No. 5, January 5, 11 a.m.,¹¹ delivered in substance to Ortega¹² Saturday morning. He agrees to the use of Brazil for circulating views and was clearly pleased with your reference to his cooperative attitude. He was in council all this morning and I suspect on the formulation of suggestions. He has just telephoned he will see me Tuesday morning at 11:00.
