306. My 273, July [June] 13, 2 p.m.16 Aranha tells me that the Brazilian military authorities are letting Uruguay have all the arms, et cetera, they ask for: 20,000 rifles, 10,000,000 rounds of ammunition, 500 machine guns, artillery, hand grenades, gas masks. They promise to pay later.
