Aranha tells me that in accord with the Uruguayan Government, Brazilian troops are being sent in the direction of the Uruguayan [Page 1159] frontier and a million rounds of ammunition are being turned over to the Uruguayan Government, having in mind the possibility of a Nazi inspired movement in Uruguay.
