827. For Landreth Harrison. While in Warsaw please discuss with Haering present and possible future working conditions of Consulate General and probable needs of office with regard supplies, personnel, etc. Also discuss political and economic conditions in Warsaw and German occupied Poland. Upon arrival Bucharest submit brief telegraphic report covering discussions and embodying your own observations while in Poland which may be of interest to the Department.31 A detailed report should be furnished by despatch.
