20. Your despatch No. 187, May 27, 1936. The suit and countersuit in the Reidun case have been dismissed without the payment of money but with a waiver of all claims, if any, against this Government arising out of the detention of the vessel, its officers and crew. Indictments against officers ordered nolle prossed.
