1. At the First Conference held at Paris, October 27–November 6, 1925, an Assistant Military Attaché and an Assistant Naval Attaché from the American Embassy in Paris attended as unofficial observers. Also as an observer, John Jay Ide, European representative of the National Advisory Committee for Aeronautics, followed the proceedings of the Second Conference held at Warsaw, October 4–12, 1929.
