Mollendo and Southern airports ordered closed by Minister of Marine. Unconfirmed report states Bolivia mobilizing at Guaqui, east shore of Lake Toccaca [Titicaca?]. Undecipherable message just received from the Legation at La Paz, repetition requested. Pro-Jimenez manifestation took place yesterday.
