79. Agreement has been reached with Foreign Office upon text of extradition treaty as outlined in the Department’s despatch 106, June 16, 1930.51 Foreign Office is exceedingly anxious to sign German-American extradition treaty this week as it would be the first one to be signed by Germany since the war.
