33. Your 62, March 30, 11 a.m.47 Assistant Solicitor Baker who has been designated to conduct discussions with German Foreign Office on proposed extradition treaty is also one of delegates representing the United States at Aviation Conference in Paris date of which has now been changed from June 4 to June 10.48 Therefore, [Page 122] it will not be practicable for him to reach Berlin by middle of June and it is hoped that German Government will agree to discussions last of June.
