26. Referring to the Department’s telegram of April 11, 4 p.m. Minister for Foreign Affairs assures me that his Government will do everything possible to stabilize conditions on Honduras frontier. He states that General Ferrera17 who is now concentrated here intends to leave for Mexico soon.
