Embassy’s 77, February 21, 11 a.m.10 Foreign Office note10 received today states His Majesty’s Government regret they cannot withdraw embargo and confirms an order as of February 20th prohibiting the importation of potatoes grown in Canada for the same reason as those grown in the United States are prohibited.
