My 531, September 10, 3 p.m. Inform Foreign Office that Government of United States desires to make following suggestion regarding agenda: Under topic 3 of Pacific and Far Eastern questions, viz., Mandated Islands, to include as Subject A, “Electrical Communications in the Pacific.”

Repeat to Rome as no. 157 and Paris as no. 441.
