Department’s 22, November 30, 6 p.m. President’s answer received today states that by reason of autonomy of municipality he will not be able to intervene but that he has written the municipality transcribing at the same time the desires of Amsinck and Company and suggesting to the president of the municipality the necessity that the municipality comply with the arrangement.
